So with this trend I had no clue what this meant. Lol. I had to look it up.
Savile Row is basically a street in England where many fashion houses existed and continue to exist that created besoke or hand cut and sewn suits. These suits were perfectly tailored, expensive and made in premium fabrics. If you want to get some more background on Savile Row check out this article from Fashion Beans.
So how does this translate to Fall Fashion? Its all about the tailored cuts and traditional Savile Row suit fabrics like Houndstooth, Herringbone, and Glen Plaid.
My personal favorite is Houndstooth but I'm here for all the patterns. They remind me so much of many of my grandmother's and mother's older clothes and accessories. It just exudes classic style.
I had this beautiful Houndstooth scarf that my mom let me have and I took it on a trip and misplaced it. I'm still sick about it to this day. Hopefully I can replace it this season.
