Many people get caught up in the waiting. I'm waiting to be discovered. I'm waiting for someone to validate my idea. By the time we look up from the waiting life has passed us by.
When I came up with the idea of Kadence Box I polled the market and I hemmed and hawed waiting for my idea to validated. Waiting for someone to give me the opportunity to show them that Kadence Box is awesome. I waited for a year until something inside of me said, Damaris there will never be the perfect time and if you keep waiting it is guaranteed to fail because you didn't try. But if you create it, if you find the doors to knock on, if you make your own opportunities watch what could happen.
The unknown can be scary but if you want better than what you know, stop waiting and take the leap. Create your own opportunities. There is space for us to all win. We can all carve out an opportunity for ourselves.
But it starts with you.
So make it happen and watch your mind be blown!
