If you have a West Indian momma then you knew that before mules where a trend they were a staple in her closet. If you don't have a West Indian mom I'll share mine. Lol.
Because these were on repeat in my mom's closet it took a while for me to jump on this trend but now....
I want them all!
These aren't your momma's mules. There is more variety; colors, patterns, toe shapes. I'm loving it.
I also think that now that I'm a mom the ease with which you can get them on your feet is super appealing when running after busy toddlers. Plus they are easy to slip off too.
Fun Fact: Although I LOVE shoes, I love being barefoot even more. My mom says I come by it naturally. The islands run deep in me. Lol.
