Happy Wednesday!
Living in NYC I can say for certain this is true. In the split second you sit on the train or bus or ferry on the way to work your clothes speak to your personality, your style and the seasons. And every once in a while you find a kindred spirit.
There's the all business power suits. The ladies who value comfort who wear sneakers into work. And the ladies who suffer for style by rocking stilettos from home to the office. The ladies who even as fall begins its descent still hold on to their California Dreams. The bohemian vegans. The casual cool mamas. The misguided fashion choices that they instantly regretted. And further still the ones that just don't give a damn and like what they like and wear what they wear.
Today my outfit says that I'm embracing fall in NYC. Blazer, 3/4 sleeve dress, stockings and ankle boots. All business with some flirty accessories. I am ready for action. Or at the very least ready to not get caught by a stray gust of shivering wind.
