I know that I haven't been featuring Wednesday Wisdoms but today I hope that this blogmas post is a little bit inspirational. #choosewomenwednesday
I'm a huge fan of We Are Women Owned and after the first event of theirs I went to I joined the mailing list right away. Now, it doesn't necessarily take a lot for me to join a mailing list. However, it does take a lot for me to open the email and whenever I see an email come through from Lisa over at WAWO I open it immediately. Which is why last Saturday I was at their Holiday Pop-Up supporting some AMAZING women owned businesses.

As you may know, this is not my first time attending this Holiday Pop-Up and it won't be my last either. So make sure you check out last year's excursion and below check out some FABULOUS brands you need to follow ASAP!

First up is The Gray Muse. I'm an introvert at heart and my first stop were these super cute enamal pins. The owner was a first timer at the pop-up, I was her first sale and she's an introvert, like me. It was kismet!
My next stop was Fempower Beauty. Turning the story of Adam and Eve on its head and supporting women refugees with a tube of lipstick. And its amazing lipstick. I got Serpent. Want me to take a bite out of ya? Lol. Just kidding.
What's no joke is that it wears like a dream, is the nude lip color I've been searching for (for the last 2 years I might add) and for each tube purchased one is given to a women in need to gain her power back. I didn't know that lipstick had super powers but it kinda does.
Next I stopped by okko because I'm in the market for new bras since having my kids. The problem is though that after wearing maternity bras I hate underwires. And guess what? No underwires! So, I had to give them a try.
Don't worry, I will give a full review once I wear the bra and matching panties I got.
Then I swung by Madison Road Collection for some sweet dark chocolate and sea salt caramels and a super cute keychain that spoke to my introverted nature. Let's hear it for the introverts cuz we were in the building and being represented. I love it.
And to round out my shopping adventure I got a super cute card from Statement Cards! Cuz, I'm a boss. At least that's what the card says. Lol.
I had so much fun! I got a mini makeover at Journ Beauty. A clean beauty brand started by a make-up artist and conscious mama who was super sweet and knew her stuff. They had a candle making class, a selfie wall and a raffle. I mean they are gonna make me spend all my money!
What I loved the most was seeing all these women owners betting on themselves, taking a leap of faith and just doing it and that was beyond inspiring to me. So, even if you can't get it before Christmas still check out these fabulous brands and if in your neighborhood you know of (or follow the blog of) a women owned biz support them
