So as you know, I've been down but I'm not out and I'm a bit late with this year's award season review, but it is better late than never.

Now, while I wasn't around my little slice of the blogesphere I was reading Twitter and the News and I must say that this year's award season was incredibly disappointing. The after party fashion was much better in my humble opinion. And Anne Hathaway looked like a bombshell at the Critic's Choice Awards. And yes, we do still have SAG and the Oscars but there were more worst dressed on my list than best dressed. 😬
While many outlets were raving at Jennifer Lopez's dress at the Golden Globes I much preferred her sleek look at the Critic's Choice Awards.
In contrast, Billy Porter looked fabulous at the Globes but fell short at the Critic's Choice.
And Rachel Brosnahan... I LOVE the Fabulous Mrs. Masiel (I've already binged the newest season) but that orange dress at the Critic's Choice Awards was a true miss. It made her look way too hippy. All the FABULOUS gowns she wears on the show... This was a disappointment. Although orange was a trending color on the carpet and I wasn't mad at it.
