It's officially my birthday and today I'm sharing my most favorite thing with you.
I started this blog because of my love of shoes. In my lifetime I have to have had at least 100 pairs cross my path and land on my feet. I have had everything from flats to heels. High to mid. Platforms, espadrilles ( ), clogs and mules (they are different). Pointed, square, round and almond toe.

The only thing that is sparse in my shoe closet are sneakers. Lol. I've never really been a fan of sneakers.

I think I love shoes so much because it reminds me of my grandmother. She wasn't very flashy, didn't wear a lot of jewelry but her shoes were amazing! They were good quality suede and although too big for me at the time, she let me try them on.
Every time I put on a new pair of shoes I'm instantly reminded of her. She passed away almost 25 years now but a new pair of shoes (especially suede ones) instantly transport me back to that feeling.
