When I was younger I had all the time in the world to go to flea markets and thrift shops to search through racks for treasures. New York has some of the best of these shops. Now...
...I'm a busy working mom who can barely stay up past 11 pm whose money goes to diapers and food for two growing toddlers.
I still love shopping though. I just have less time and money for it. And, since learning how much fashion is contributing to environmental waste I'm much more conscious about where I get my fashion.

My motto is letting you shop in my closet, well it's because I like shopping in others closets myself. Shopping consignment allows me to do that and shopping thrift consignment allows me to do it in a price point I love.
Swap is my best kept secret and literally allowed me to refill my whole wardrobe after having my two kids and going from a size 8 to a size 10/12. Items for $5, getting 10 or more items for $50 or less. Weekly sales. And orders over $60 ship free everyday. Although, I usually just wait for a free shipping coupon to pop into my inbox.
Online consignment has changed the game because it has made good, quality secondhand clothing available to a vast array of folks not just a select few. And over the years I have begun to do most, if not all, my shopping online and Swap allows me to get deals you normally only see in stores. I just love it.
