Hi my Lovelies!
It is week 4 of this quarantine life for me and I have found that I like sleeping in, I love opening my kitchen window to let the sunshine in, I enjoy taking my littles outside on sunny days and I love wearing dresses to my kitchen table for work.
I tried wearing jeans to create a sense of "normalcy" but it didn't feel normal. So that lasted one day. I'm used to getting dressed to go out, not to sit at my kitchen table for 8 hours. I realized that I needed to create my go to work from home outfit.
After some different configurations of sweats, leggings, tops, and my wide leg linen pants (which I absolutely love as well) I found that my long sleeve black maxi dress made me feel the best. It's not tight, its length keeps my legs cozy and warm, and I could add a scarf or a pretty blouse on top for my virtual meetings. Its super comfortable and airy, and it works perfectly to take a mid afternoon nap. Just don't tell my boss.
So now that I have found my go to WFH outfit I'm on the hunt for a few more dresses that can fit the bill. Especially some with color and print. I recently raided ThredUp's spring sale and got some really pretty options. Below you can shop some others that I'm eyeing as well.
