A couple of days ago I told you I love female founders. And as you know I love coffee too. Today's post is a wonderful marriage of those two things.
My boss introduced me to pour over coffee a couple years ago now and it is such an awesome cup of coffee. But I didn’t want to have to grind the beans and get the filters and all that. I love coffee and am bit of a coffee snob, but I am also low maintenance. LOL
Introducing Copper Cow, which is a AAPI woman owned business that makes single serve pour over Vietnamese coffee. I don't remember how I first found them, but I am so glad I did. 💕
Of course, they have beans and ground coffee for your coffee machine but the pour over is a game changer.
And the single serve sweetened condensed milk creamer is perfection too. Perfect cup every time. All you need is a cup and hot water.
For this busy single mom, CFO and EMBA student (because who needs sleep anyway 🤷🤣) coffee lover this is a dream, and it gets delivered straight to my house every month.
Pro Tip: If you have a Keurig, put the filter in your favorite mug, line it up directly under the drip, leave the pod reservoir empty, select 8 ounces and hit brew. Voila! My sister taught me this one.
