Life is funny that way.

Life has been coming at me fast and it is still only the first month of the
year! Family, work...
Life has been Lifing.
And this reminder that what is
within me makes me stronger than what wants to defeat me is very timely.
When you go through things it can feel like the hits will keep on coming.
You get tired and wonder how you will keep going.
We often forget all we've already overcome. We forget all the times we
didn't think we were strong enough and then we were. I said in the article
that there is something inside of me that doesn't let me quit and that if I
just keep going I'll make it to the other side. This quote expresses that sentiment beautifully.
So today I'm encouraging you (and myself), what is in you is stronger than what is trying
to defeat you. You got this. You will make it through. Just keep going
forward.
